Para Takes Top Slot for Third Year

Paratrooper Chris Rowan takes 1st place for the 3rd year in a row at the Army Karate Championships.

Held in Aldershot on the 11th March the British Army Karate Championships attracted fighters from across the Army to compete and showcase their talents for a chance to become Army Champion.

After some tough fights against seasoned international competitors and winning all his fights, Chris held onto the title for the 3rd consecutive year!
