On the 8 May 2019 members of the Midlands Region Parachute Regimental Association, complete with Standards, attended the annual VE Day Commemoration Service. On the day they were joined by members of Sir Winston Churchill’s family and serving members of the Parachute Flight RAF  Brize Norton. The service was held at St Martins Parish church, Bladon, Oxfordshire. 

Both Sir Winston’s Daughter & Granddaughters would like to thank all those present for there continued support of this event and although a little wet, things went well. The service in the church was followed by a wreath laying ceremony by the Military PRA & representative from Swedish/Norwegian and Danish Embassies.
