4 PARA will soon be starting PARAFIT at the following locations during weekday evenings: Leeds, St Helens and Newcastle along with the existing Glasgow and Edinburgh locations. In tandem with PARAFIT they will be providing information about nutrition and healthy food will be on display and available to try.

A full insight brief about 4 PARA and the Army Reserve will also be delivered.
All are welcome to attend if you are 18+, it is free and exhilarating and conducted by Parachute Regiment Physical Training Instructors.
