FW: JIB Shorncliffe Reunion Sep15/ 17 2017

The Junior Leaders Reunion will take place in Shorncliffe,  Kent 15-17 September 2017. Please take a look at the attached documents below for full details and copies of the returns to be sent back. Some brief details are as follows:

JIB/IJLB Shorncliffe Reunion September 15^th  to the 17^th 2017

Please find attached a return form for the reunion. Having sent out the dates to everyone, only a hand full have comeback as unsuitable. So interest is good, and many want to bring their partners with them. So even better. It’s a shame we cannot accommodate beds for couples but that’s the way it is. I was surprised to get what we have in terms of beds and food, so happy.

At the moment I have no idea what the program of the weekend will be as 1RGR are changing over in July, they are keen to help and onside so, the worst case would be that we are all together, take a look at the camp, have some food drink, and fun, anything else is a bonus, but I will try.

The regimental dinner in the Garrison Mess is confirmed as going ahead.

Meals are all confirmed as available and bars.

I need your return, not money, just now, (bring that with you cash on the day).

If you need to cancel as long as I know 10 days before we will be ok.

I will give you more details about arrival time, locations, admin and the like as I get your return form. You can dip in and out you don’t need to take part in everything or stay every night. Please fill in all the form save me sending for more info of you. I will name and shame anyone that hasn’t a clue when it comes to forms.
