To assist Branches in complying with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) please find below an example of a Branch Privacy Notice that can be adapted by Branches. This will ensue that the Trustees and Committee are conforming to the latest regulations.

The RHQ Data Protection Advisor (DPA) has also provided us with a useful Do’s & Don’ts guide for reference.
