Op BARRAS 25

To mark the 25 years since OP BARRAS there is to be a study day and dinner aimed at learning lessons from the past and bringing together veterans of the operation with serving members of the Regiment.

– Who: calling all members of 1 PARA involved in Operation BARRAS in SIERRA LEONE in Sep 2000

– What: a detailed study of the operation and commemorative dinner

– Why: to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Operation BARRAS, learn lessons from the operation and build bonds between veterans and the current generation of Paratroopers.

– When: July 2025 exact date TBC
